Master butcher Henning Kluß is now the 4th generation to run the only butcher's shop still producing in the old town. The majority of his sausage specialties are produced according to traditional family recipes.
The butcher's extensive range extends from home-made sausages to roast cold cuts and grilled meat seasoned in-house. In addition to sausage creations made with Gose beer, there are also international specialties. A wide range of cheeses and a large selection of salads round off the extensive offer.
