The ditch keeper once lived here to monitor the ditches. Today, the dam house is a well-known excursion spot with a coffee garden and sledding hill.

Directions

The long circular route with predominantly gentle and only temporarily steep ascents has a total elevation gain of about 250 meters.

In the area of the meadows exposed to sun and wind on the outskirts of the town, the path is very stimulating. Otherwise, you can expect subdued climatic stimuli under the protection of the forest. Heat stress is very rare, but cold stimuli occur frequently in winter.
