We start our route at the "HarzWaldHaus am Kurpark." We follow the ring trail over stock and stone in an easterly direction and hike—making a short detour—past the entrances to Krodotal and Stübchental. Over Butterberg and ridge path, we reach the Sonnenhof viewpoint. Then, passing under the B4, we arrive at Zaubergberg.
