We start the bike route at the forebay dam, on the B 498 behind the exit of Altenau, cross the forebay dam, cycle left on the paved forest road always along the Oker Dam. The widely branched side arms of the Oker Dam especially invite you to enjoy the varied play of water, forest and air during the bike route.
