This route offers a beautiful, small round trip through the charming and "almost forgotten" Riefenbachtal.

From the HarzWaldHaus at the Kurpark, we hike a bit through the Kurpark over Kurhausstraße to the Riefenbachtal ascent.
 Once at the top, we walk a bit uphill along the path (via the wildcat forest adventure path/forest nature trail) through the Riefenbachtal.
 Following the ridge trail, we return to the former Harzburger Hof via Waldstraße and back to the Kurpark.

Access via the A395, then continue on the B4 to Bad Harzburg
