The secret of the blue flower or: On the trail of romance in Michaelstein | Special guided tour on the theme of the year

Or something more? Oh yes: the "blue flower of romance". Did it really exist? How did it become a famous symbol? What do cornflower, columbine, iris and lavender, the resin, the Middle Ages and, of course, poetry and music have to do with it? In this guided tour, which includes all areas of the museum, we follow all these traces - real and musical-sounding flowers included. Afterwards, an individual "blue flower to go" can be designed using the historical cynaotype process if desired.

Please note: This tour is aimed at adults. A separate cyanotype workshop is offered for children as part of the Michaelstein vacation workshops.
