Perfect training conditions and varied routes delight both ambitious cyclists and beginners alike. The diversity of the routes impresses with inclines of up to 18 per cent, making them especially suitable for strength-intensive sessions such as “strength with the bike”. The Harz region is used as a training centre both for individual race preparation and for training groups.
