Located directly on the Harz Monastery Hiking Trail and the R1 long-distance cycle path, the cycling and hiking hostel is a very special gem for adventurous hikers and holidaymakers.

In the large, beautiful garden of the listed Mühlenhof in Thale, there is a charming little sleeping hut nestled among the green trees.

So if you like it simple and want to sleep close to nature without much comfort, this is the place for you! The main house has a separate, small bathroom and a mini kitchen for self-catering. If you don't want to go shopping after a long hike, you can buy pasta, pesto, wine, beer and for breakfast: bread rolls, jam, muesli, milk, coffee, tea and prepare them yourself for ‘little money’. Let's go into nature!
