Schulenberg-Apartments

Modernized apartment house above the Oker reservoir in a prime Upper Harz location with several fully equipped vacation apartments of different sizes.

The property is divided into a 4-person apartment with fireplace and two 2-person apartments, each with its own terrace/fenced garden plot. All apartments are on the first floor. Groups of up to 6 people also have the option of booking a combination of two accommodations and doing all activities together.

The apartments are offered with a laundry package and final cleaning. In principle, there is the possibility of garden use or barbecue, storage of bicycles, as well as vacation with dogs.

Whether in summer or winter - Schulenberg-Apartments is an ideal starting point for your upcoming vacation in terms of relaxation, activity and experience.

Vacation with a dog
There is the general possibility of vacation with dog(s) in our apartments.
There is NO extra charge for accommodating your dog!

Dog beds and food/water bowls of various sizes are also available for use if required.

The garden area of approx. 600m² is completely fenced in and is divided/separated with the help of mobile fencing when dogs are accommodated.

All apartments can also be accessed via separate terraces. The immediate proximity (100m) to the access to the forest or the mountain meadow landscape makes our vacation property very attractive, especially for four-legged friends.
