The long circular route has mostly slight and moderate, but occasionally also steep ascents over a total of about 270 meters of elevation gain.
The rather sunny sections on the outskirts of town and on the light-permeable forest paths up to the Polsterthaler pond are stimulating. This is followed mostly by subdued climatic stimuli in the shelter of the forest. There are rarely heat stresses and in winter frequently cold stimuli.
