Climate hiking is not only an opportunity to experience the unique nature in the Harz, but also an effective way to promote physical and mental health. It combines the therapeutic effects of exercise, fresh air, and the experience of nature, making Braunlage an ideal place for anyone wanting to strengthen their health naturally.

The medium-length route leads up through the spa park, past the alpaca enclosure, to the turnstile at the upper exit. Over a path with beautiful wide views, it goes down into the romantic valley of the "Warmen Bode". We cross it over a small pedestrian bridge, then follow the stream valley down to the "Weißen Brücken". At the former fox farm, we reach the small river "Bremke", which served as the border to the GDR until 1990. Shortly after, turning left past the "Langen Bruch", the path goes gently uphill again to the edge of the spa park. Over a well-maintained park path, we finally return to the starting point, where outdoor fitness equipment and the Kneipp basin provide a fitting end to the route.
