Directions
- From the intersection Lange Straße / Jerstedter Straße, head west on Lange Straße towards the outskirts of Langelsheim. Here, keep slightly to the right and follow the Weißer Weg towards the northwest. On the signposted hiking trail "Deutscher Kaiser und Könige des Mittelalters" (German Emperors and Kings of the Middle Ages), you cross the state road L 496 leading to Lutter and pass through some farms. Then the route leads in a slight zig-zag course to Pöbbeckenmühle. Afterwards, the most challenging part of this tour awaits you. You continue following the road and then turn left onto a forest path, which gradually ascends. On the other side of the hilltop, you descend towards Hahausen. After passing through Hahausen, you reach the cycling path R1 at the federal road 248, which coincides with the Harz round trail in this area. You follow it through the gently hilly terrain back to Langelsheim. Shortly before the town, you cross federal road 82 on a bridge and gently roll downhill into the town. On Steinweg, you reach Ringstraße, then turn into Bahnhofstraße and finally return to the starting point via Heubachstraße.
