The starting point is the Lamspringer Waldstadion, from there head towards "Hellegrund" along the ridge. From the "Hellegrund" junction, go straight along the hiking path "Steinbock", after about 200m turn left towards Graste until you reach a driveable path. Here, make a sharp left turn downhill towards Lamspringe. Once you reach the bottom at Graster Söhrberg, the path takes a slight left turn. From now on, it goes uphill again to the sports facilities.
