Käste hike from Bad Harzburg in the Harz

We start our hike at the spa park. Following Kästestraße, we climb the Ahrendsberger Stieg and reach the Kästeklippen via Schnabelgasse and Steigersbleek / Bleicheborn. We have reached the destination of our hike! Here we can especially enjoy the spectacular view from the cliffs. After staying long enough, we hike back to the spa park along the circular trail via Alte Schlewecke - which also offers a wonderful view of the surroundings -, Herrenweg, Elfenstein cliff, and the Harzburg window. Shortly before the end of the route, we pass the quaint Café Winuwuk. A stop is worthwhile just because of the arts and crafts exhibition.
