Tour: Halberstadt zoo - Langenstein - Börnecke - Westerhausen animal enclosure

The tour begins at the zoo in Halberstadt.

From there it goes along the Aller-Harz cycle path towards Langenstein. You are welcome to stop at Langenstein - Zwieberge. - 6 km

Turn left into Quedlinburger Straße and continue via Dorfstraße to the Ölmühlenteich. - 0.8 km

Here turn left onto the Harz foothills cycle path, ride under the railway bridge, along the Goldbach to the bridge. - 2.4 km

Cross the bridge to Börnecke. - 5 km

In Börnecke continue along Bahnhofstraße to the main road. Cross it and ride across the shooting range until you reach the main road again. - 1 km

Follow the main road via B 6n to Westerhausen. You pass the Königsstein, also called Camel Rock by locals. There are vineyards here belonging to the Harz winery Kirmann. The wines can be purchased at the winery on Gartenstraße. - 2 km

Via Börnecker Straße, Halberstädter Straße, Friedensstraße and Feldstraße you reach the Westerhausen animal enclosure. - 1.5 km
