Directions
You drive left along Quedlinburger Straße and Dorfstraße until the village exit sign, cross the railway line and B 81 and reach Böhnshausen. – 2 km
At the roundabout, take the second exit and drive on a concrete path towards Derenburg until the sports field. - 3 km
Before the sports field, turn left to Osterholz. You are then on the path of German emperors and kings. - 1.5 km
Now turn right and drive westwards to the pond at Hellbach and the L 84 (Derenburg — Heimburg) - 1.5 km
Cross this and drive through the fields to the B 6n (there are three Stone Age menhirs here) and reach Benzingerode. - 4 km
In Benzingerode you can take route R 1 to Wernigerode or to Blankenburg.
