You turn left into Quedlinburger Straße and drive along Dorfstraße

to the Ölmühlenteich. - 0.8 km

In front of the pond, turn left onto the Harzvorland cycle path and follow it

under the railway, along the Goldbach stream to the bridge. - 2.3 km

You cross the bridge and continue on the gravel path

to a well-signposted intersection. - 3.2 km

Here you turn left towards Börnecke station. - 1.2 km

In front of the station, continue on a forest path to K 1348. - 2.3 km

You cross B 6n and Westerhäuser Straße, drive through Helsungen and reach Helsunger Krug. - 3.5 km

From here, you can hike to the Teufelsmauer. Directly above Helsunger Krug lies the rock formation Hamburger Wappen.
