Wild Boar Circular Route

This well-marked hiking trail leads exclusively through more or less open woodland areas from Ziegelhütte (P) to Rolfshagen, a former forestry estate as a remnant of a deserted village, and back to Ziegelhütte. Here there is an alternative by continuing from Rolfshagen to Oberpanshausen and further through the "Schaube" and below the "Breitenberg" and "Hohe Hagen" back to Ziegelhütte. The total trail length is approximately 9.2 km. It is recommended to take the Lamspringer "Leisure & Hiking Map" along. Additionally, from Rolfshagen, one can hike to Mechtshausen to visit the Wilhelm Busch Museum and his gravesite.
