Advent at the Stud Farm
On both Advent weekends, the historic Harzburg Stud Farm is transformed into an atmospheric Advent market featuring arts and crafts, light displays, musical performances, and special encounters.
Amid historic stables and festively decorated courtyards, more than 100 exhibitors showcase their offerings in crafts, art, and cuisine. In 2026, Advent at the stud farm will be titled “Lichtgestalten” for the first time, combining the market’s tried-and-true atmosphere with a new, deliberately atmospheric lighting display.
The focus is on the historic stud farm itself, the festive illuminations, and a program that isn’t limited to stages but frequently takes place right among the guests.
The arts and crafts booths close at 7 p.m. on all four days of the event.

Children ages 6–12: €4.00
Anyone who has purchased a €6.00 ticket may attend the evening program at no extra charge and stay until the end of the event.
Residents of Bad Harzburg receive a €1.00 discount.
