The outdoor area will be transformed into a small market with lovingly decorated market stalls and festive lighting. In addition to food and drinks, Christmas decorations will be available for purchase. There will also be a Christmas tree sale again this year.
A prayer service is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. in the church, followed by a communal Christmas carol sing-along accompanied by the harmonium. The “Stieger Turmbläser” will entertain Christmas market visitors with live music. Santa Claus is expected around 5:00 p.m. to bring gifts for the children. Parents should drop off the gifts a few days in advance; the deadline will be announced in advance. For those who decide at the last minute or for vacationers, there will be an opportunity to drop off gifts on December 5 until around 4:00 p.m.
Once again this year, there will be a program for the children led by Joana Weidner to help pass the time while they wait for Santa Claus.
