Sangerhausen Christmas Market 2026

From December 4 to 20, 2026, the Christmas market will be open every Thursday through Sunday, inviting you to enjoy the festive atmosphere.

On December 4 at 4:00 p.m., the Christmas market and “Advent in the Rosenhöfe” will open with the traditional cutting of the stollen by Mayor Torsten Schweiger, Rose Queen Meike I, and Rose Princess Amy Melina I.
Sangerhausen’s downtown will be transformed into a Christmas town with illuminated streets, open shops, and courtyards.
