The focus is on maintaining traditional Harz-typical products that are closely linked to the history of the region, such as the legendary Bode Valley, the picturesque Selke Valley, Falkenstein Castle and the historically significant towns of Quedlinburg, Halberstadt, Wernigerode and Gernrode.
