Lynx Enclosure and the Raven Cliffs

Open space for animals
Animal/wildlife viewing point
National park info office
Like all cats, lynxes are very shy. Anyone who encounters them in the wild is therefore a true lucky cat.

We have built two show enclosures on the Rabenklippe near Bad Harzburg so that everyone can admire them. The larger of two enclosures is inhabited by the three lynxes Paul, Alice and Ellen, born in 2013.

Feeding of the lynxes in the enclosure on the Raven Cliffs take place all year round on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 2.30 pm. The enclosure can also be reached by bus "Grüner Harzer" (KVG bus line 875, departure from Bad Harzburg, Berliner Platz at 1.53 pm (no guarantee)) from April to mid-November.
