Start: At the Wolf Cliffs in Bike House Harz
Destination: Vienenburg and back to Bad Harzburg

Direction Stapelburg along the lower and upper Schimmerwald. There you have a beautiful view and take a detour along the B6 towards Abbendrode. From Lochtum it then goes towards Vienenburg where the tour ends.

Directions

Starting point of the tour: Bike House Harz in Bad Harzburg Ilsenburger Straße 112
Ride along the L501 by bike towards Stapelburg. Pass the lower and upper Schimmerwald and arrive in Stapelburg after about two hours. A highlight in Stapelburg is the castle ruins on the outskirts. If you have any bicycle problems, there is the bicycle shop "Brockenbike" with repair service. In Abbendrode, many old, beautiful houses await you.

Head towards Vienenburg in the direction of Lochtum, where you can see a wonderful flat, open landscape on the outskirts. Ideal for taking photos. The four kilometers towards Vienenburg are comfortably rideable by bike.

Finally, you only have to return along the cycle path at Radauer Holz heading back to Bad Harzburg. In about 30 minutes you will be back in the small town.
