Directions
The starting point of this route is at Wilhelmsplatz in Seesen opposite the Municipal Museum. You head west and turn onto Bornhäuser Straße at Schützenplatz. Follow this until Triftstraße branches off to the right diagonally. You pass through the industrial area on it. Then the route leads you left and then right onto District Road 61. On it, you come to Hammershäuser Mühle. From there you reach Kirchberg on District Road 64. Follow the road through the small village and on to Münchehof. In Münchehof, you could shorten the route a bit by turning left onto Thüringer Straße towards Herrhausen. Otherwise, you turn right onto Thüringer Straße and then left onto Unter den Linden Street. After crossing the railway tracks, keep right. Wildemannstraße now leads you out of Münchehof into the nearby forest, where you must not miss the first turn on the left, which takes you back to the forest edge. In a right-left combination, you go back into the forest. This path leads you out of the forest, keeping left at the next junctions, and to the road to Herrhausen. You turn right onto it and travel through Herrhausen to Seesen. After crossing the railway tracks, keep left, then right, and thus return to the Municipal Museum.
