A short Nordic walking route from the Gernrode / Haferfeld car park leads in a loop to the viewpoint "Försterblick," where you will also find the eponymous stamp station of the Harzer Wandernadel.

Over a little more than two kilometers, this route gives you the opportunity to gradually get into Nordic walking. The circular route follows good forest paths and is ideal as a short hike for families with children.

The highlight of the round is the viewpoint "Försterblick" with the eponymous stamp station of the Harzer Wandernadel.

Haferfeld car park - along the L243 towards the northeast - at the end of the Haferfeld settlement turn left onto Frankenstieg - follow the path - at the fork turn left - continue towards Haferfeldsweg - left to Försterblick | HWN 183 - back to the main path - Herrenbergweg - at the Frankenstieg junction turn right - L243 - Haferfeld car park
