Circular route: Parking garage Am Winterbergtor - Yellow Path - Sandbrinkstraße – hairpin curve – Brockenstraße (caution!) – Upper Königsberger Path up to Goetheweg – left - Eckersprung - past Bodesprung – Triangular Pole – from here connection to the trails in the West Harz – Kolonnenweg to the left – 400m steep descent – Black Bridge – Dead Path – Sandbrinkstraße - Yellow Path - Parking garage Am Winterbergtor (approx. 14.2 km)

DSV Premium Cross-country Trail 
This trail is a certified DSV Premium Cross-country Trail .
Together with the responsible authorities in Schierke, the Ski Sport Safety Foundation (SIS) and the German Ski Association (DSV) have been committed in recent years to the qualitative development of the trail network in the Harz. The trails were certified as DSV nordic active centers according to international criteria , marked with a uniform system and equipped with information boards.

Part of the trail runs along Brockenstraße - this section cannot be groomed. Therefore, this section must be crossed on foot.
