Directions
The route passes along the sculpture path on the Brunshausen monastery hill. On the "Bike Route to Art," there are numerous artworks and the "Trees of the Year" avenue created by NABU. The bridge of the Hannover-Würzburg ICE line. The viewpoint between Eyershausen and Westerberg offers a beautiful panoramic view. Passing by the Winzenburger ponds, stocked with trout and other fish, the route goes to the Apenteich spring dating back to 1220. In Freden, the route continues on the Leine-Heide cycle path towards Erzhausen. Along the Leine river with views of the Erzhausen pumped storage power plant. In Greene, the tour leads through the Leine meadows. From there, you have a lovely view of the "Greener Castle" built in 1308. On the cycle path "R1," the route goes through Kreiensen and Orxhausen back to Bad Gandersheim.

From the north: A7 towards Kassel > exit 67 Seesen/Harz > direction Seesen/Osterode/Bad Gandersheim – city center – LAGA grounds

Göttingen with Metronom, Braunschweig with RB 46, Bad Harzburg with RB 82, Hildesheim with Lammetalbahn to Bodenburg - change to bus line 41 via Lamspringe to Bad Gandersheim
