The route leads you from Großer Knollen through the hilly South Harz to Stöberhai.

A flowing descent on trails takes you from Großer Knollen down to Bad Lauterberg. Then you ride slightly uphill again, passing the Wiesenbeker Teich. This is followed by a 9 km long climb to Ravensberg, which offers stunning views of the South Harz. On gravel roads, you ride the final ascent to Stöberhai, from where the Hochharz massif can be seen in the distance.
