Family Tour "Little Monks for a While" - Spiritual Fall
Set against the impressive backdrop of Walkenried Abbey, a diverse program awaits during “Spiritual Autumn”: candlelit tours, singing Taizé songs with the Walkenried parish, and much more.
On the family tour “Little Monks for a Day,” guests of all ages go on a discovery tour through the medieval monastery. They’ll learn where the monks lived, prayed, and worked. A special highlight: Children can slip into monk’s robes and become little monks themselves! This “journey back in time” to the Middle Ages is the perfect outing for families with children ages 5 to 10.
The minimum number of participants for the tour is 10 people.
