Circular hiking trail to the Feenhöhe viewpoint (green marking)

From the parking lot at the end of Fuchshaller Weg, this family-friendly circular hiking trail takes you around the hilltop of Feenhöhe via the "Nassen Weg" and back. Along the route, you will find some small play stations that shorten the path for you. At the top, a wonderful view awaits you in the direction of Osterode am Harz, the karst landscape, and towards Oberharz.

Directions & Parking facilities

Easily accessible via B 243 / B 241. Access via Fuchshaller Weg. Entrance to the hiking trail at the end of Fuchshaller Weg.

Parking is available directly at the entrance to the circular hiking trail

From the Mitte stop in Osterode am Harz, a roughly 30- to 40-minute walk is required to access the hiking trail.

Additional information

The path is well accessible with a stroller up to just below the hilltop. The ascent to the hilltop is a bit rocky and steep. Here, you may need to leave the stroller at the bottom.
